These terms apply to your use of heavensdesign.net and to the website design, development, security and maintenance services provided by Heaven’s Design (“we”, “us”).
Our services
We design and build custom websites, e-commerce stores, landing pages and web apps, and offer ongoing security and maintenance plans. The scope, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written quote that you approve before work begins.
Quotes and payment
Prices are quoted individually and are not listed on this website. Payment terms are stated in your quote. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Your content
You keep ownership of the text, images and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant us permission to use it to build and maintain your website.
Security and maintenance plans
Care plans are billed on the schedule in your quote and continue until cancelled. We work hard to keep your site secure and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free of interruptions or attacks.
Limits of liability
Our services are provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE].
